About Me
I am a PhD candidate in bioinformatics at ShanghaiTech University, working on cancer multi-omics. My research focuses on the mechanisms of metastasis and recurrence in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). By integrating genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics data from primary and recurrent tumors, I aim to characterize the evolutionary dynamics of cancer cells during metastatic progression and to identify factors driving post-operative recurrence. I am also involved in translational research on esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC).
I am dedicated to developing and applying data-driven methods to discover novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets, and to building computational resources that make large-scale cancer omics data easier to interpret and reuse.
Research Interests
Mechanisms of Cancer Metastasis and Recurrence: Investigating the molecular and cellular processes driving cancer metastasis and post-curative-treatment recurrence, with a focus on liver cancer, to identify potential therapeutic targets.
Single-cell and Multi-omics Data Integration: Utilizing genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and single-cell multi-omics approaches to develop a comprehensive understanding of tumor biology and its clinical implications, including benchmarking of computational tools for single-cell analysis.
Biomarker Discovery and Translational Research: Identifying novel biomarkers for prognosis and recurrence prediction, and supporting the development of personalized treatment strategies for liver cancer and other malignancies.
