Our benchmarking study “Benchmarking copy number aberrations inference tools using single-cell multi-omics datasets” is published in Briefings in Bioinformatics. We systematically evaluated five popular tools (inferCNV, CopyKAT, SCEVAN, Numbat, CaSpER) for inferring copy number aberrations from scRNA-seq data, and provide practical guidelines for method selection.
